UK Credit Card & Loan Audits
There’s a really interesting situation in the UK regarding loans and credit cards. It seems there’s a problem with flawed Terms & Conditions based on the Consumer Credit Act of 1974.
Apparently, if you have a credit card or loan where the account was opened before 6th April 2007 it’s possible that the contract may contain errors.
If this is shown to be the case it’s possible your debt may be declared unenforceable.
Some friends have taken the first steps to see if they can have their cards cancelled and the debt written off so when I have some more news I’ll post it here.
In the meantime you can call me on 020 300 27980 or 07770 378191 if you’d like to know what to do about any cards you may have.
This report in the DailyMail on the 30th September 2009 and this one from the BBC are about the same lady and her MBNA credit card.
If you can’t reach me then take a look at the website www.DebtCompensation.co.uk
